Marguerite Reeves

Marguerite Reeves, 91, of Carrier Mills, IL died Monday February 10, 2020 at 8:50 am at the Carrier Mills Nursing & Rehab Center. Marguerite's wishes was to be cremated. Memorial services will be held Saturday March 7, 2020 at 11:30 am at Macedonia Baptist Church; 610 Mitchellsville Road; Harrisburg, IL 62946. Lunch will be provided. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the details. She was born on February 1, 1929 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late Claude and Clara (Stricklin) Farthing. She was married to Wilbert Dunn for many years. She later married Dan L. Reeves on December 16, 1966 and he preceded in death on July 18, 2010. She is survived by 2 Daughters: Nancy Davis and Molly Dunn both of Carrier Mills, IL; Son: James Douglas Dunn of Carrier Mills, IL; Son In Law: Denny Felty of Stonefort, IL; Daughter In Law: Liza Dunn of Carrier Mills, IL; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Dan L. Reeves, Son: Cloyd Michael Dunn; Daughter: Cathy Felty; Brother Harry Farthing; Sister: Lucille Hurd; Sister In Law: Aliene Farthing and Brother In Law: Jack Hurd.
