Lisa Yates, 61, of 205 North Miller Street, Carrier Mills, IL died Sunday February 11, 2018 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. Her request was to be cremated without any memorial services. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family with the details. She was born on July 31, 1956 in Frankfort, Germany to the late Renate (Mulestaff) Stevens. She married Jack Yates on May 13, 1988 and he survives.
