Shirley A. Kanady, 70, of Rt 1 Cave In Rock, IL died Saturday September 10, 2016 at 7:11 am at Harrisburg Medical Center. Private graveside services will be held. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery near Cave In Rock, IL. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, IL is assisting the family. She was born on May 6, 1946 in New Orleans, LA to the late Ray and Ann (Spivey) Burklow. She married Charles Kanady and he survive. Other survivors include 4 Children: Karrie Jones of Harrisburg, IL; Mike Kanady of McCleansboro, IL; Sheryl Beavers of Enfield, IL and Melissa Petro of Chester, CT; Sister: Edna Ruble of Alton, IL; and 4 Grandchildren: Christa Petro of Chester, CT; Caleb Jones of Harrisburg, IL; Ragan Petro of Chester, CT and Kaitlyn Jones of Harrisburg, IL.
